Please provide only information that is reasonably necessary for the consultation. My services do not create an attorney-client relationship or attorney-client privilege. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, complete financial-account numbers, medical records, or confidential legal documents unless I specifically request them and an appropriate method has been agreed upon.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain legitimate business and payment records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact me to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to information I must retain for payment records, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or active service delivery.
