Shipping policy

Federal Prison Preparation primarily provides consultations, coaching, courses, and digital materials. These services do not normally require physical shipping.

Consultation and coaching delivery

Consultations and coaching are provided by telephone, video call, in person when arranged, or through another agreed method.

After purchasing a service, use the booking or contact page to arrange the consultation. I may contact you using the email address or telephone number entered during checkout.

Courses, PDFs, and preparation materials

Digital courses, PDFs, and preparation materials are delivered electronically to the email address associated with the purchase. Materials are normally emailed within 24 hours unless the product description provides a different timeframe.

Please verify that your email address is correct and check your spam or junk folder. If you have not received the material within 24 hours, contact me for assistance.

In-person and travel services

I can meet San Francisco Bay Area clients in person. Clients may travel to me, or I may travel outside the Bay Area when approved in advance. Dates, location, transportation, lodging, and any additional travel costs must be agreed upon before the service is confirmed.

Physical shipping

No physical product is shipped unless I specifically agree to provide one in writing. Ordinary purchases do not include printed packets, postal delivery, tracking numbers, or shipping charges.

Problems with delivery

If a technical or scheduling problem prevents delivery, contact me so I can provide access, resend the material, reschedule the service, or address any eligible refund under the Return and Refund Policy.
