Thank you for choosing Federal Prison Preparation for your federal prison preparation consulting needs. We are committed to providing valuable insights and guidance through consultations with a knowledgeable ex-inmate and our comprehensive Federal Prison Preparation PDF packet.

No Returns or Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy applies to:

  1. Consultation Services – Once a consultation session has been scheduled and completed, no refunds will be issued. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 36 hours in advance, within 36 hours will be subject to 20% cancellation fee.

  2. Federal Prison Preparation PDF Packet – As a digital product, all purchases of the PDF packet are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exceptions

We do not provide refunds or returns except in cases where a scheduling error or technical issue on our end prevents service delivery. If you believe you have encountered such an issue, please contact us at FederalPrisonConsults@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase.
